Responsive super, pest problems

Pros:
Super is great. Lovely guy, very responsive.
Cons:
Roaches. Exterminator would come once a month, but if you're not home and don't hear them knock immediately you'll miss them. Managed to keep the small ones mostly under control while I lived there, but big ones would get in regularly. Flies as well. Their office is pretty disorganized. They seemed very confused every time I had to interact with them. Rent has to be paid by mailing a check - really inconvenient.

Lived here for a while because it was affordable, but not pleasent

Pros:
Location: close to the 45th St R train station, laundry up the avenue, walking distance to Costco
Cons:
Problem with pests (mice infestation, occasional roaches), loud highway sounds or your view is terrible (the internal of the apartment building), pieces of the apartment were falling apart (flooring, ceilings), management required some nudging for anything to get fixed. I do not think back to my days living here fondly.
