Building super and staff are amazing, roof deck is incredible, good gym, clean building. Close to great neighborhoods.

Cons

Leasing team is often slow to respond and disorganized. A little far from the subway. Block itself is a little shabby.

It's clear that this building was taken quickly to market post construction. Corners cut everywhere. A caretaker team who hate anyone using the amenities and will storm into the room to announce how much items cost. They watch you on the security cameras non stop. A mysterious management team who will scam you to high heaven and find anyway to extract every last penny from you. Avoid this place at all costs
