Worst landlord in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cons:
This is the worst landlord to deal with. He likes to intimidate women. My wife was dealing with him and he was very demeaning to her. I had to step in. He never wants to fix anything in the apartment. He makes threats to his tenants. He never wants to replace old fixtures or appliances. He does the minimal. Guys li

Maniacal owner with napoleon complex
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love this neighborhood and my neighbors. They are kind and friendly. The super is also kind.
Cons:
There is a pest issue. The landlord told me to not be dirty. When I asked to get my apartment painted after 10 years and waiting a year to get it done, the landlord told me he was doing me a favor and yelled at me on the phone. The landlord JACK GUELA also turns off ur electricity if you are late on your rent. I’m not talking months late. I’m talking on the same month that it is due, he will ILLEGALLY have his goons turn the electricity off to ur unit. He is maniacal and evil.
