Former Tenant
Pros:
- The neighborhood is literally the one best thing about 297 1st Street. Nothing else.
Cons:
- Apt # 4F (Ms. Cowan) loves to play her music all hours of the night through 4am, and there are no consequences disrupting all of us on the 4th floor & other floors. - Mice have started coming into the building, management, no repairs, drug dealing, etc.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of disruptive tenants.
