Worst place I’ve ever lived - Landlord is terrible.

- Next to garden
Cons:
- very long history of bed bugs (6 yrs ago, 2 yrs ago)
- landlord extremely unresponsive
- no super
- had bed bugs, land lord did not fix problem, did not tell tenants that moved in after we left
- landlord glued gluestick to our bathtub as a solve for neighbor below us roof leaking
- taped tarp to stop leak (gravity doesn’t work this way)
- cockroaches (tons of small ones)
- walls leaking and holes, will not fix
- sometimes sink water is brown
- update 2025: the bedbug problem this place had almost ruined my life. Ive never been more depressed, felt like I lived in such a dark place, and felt as dark of a hole as I did when we lived here

Pros:
You cant beat the price and location.
Cons:
The owner is a bit cheap and sometimes slow to repair but always handles urgent repairs. Main issues are heat (might want to get a space heater as the heat is basically set to the legal requirement) the trash area is also a mess. There's a garden next door so there's always rats around the basement. I've never seen one inside the building.

Hire a decent property manager
