Good for a first NYC apartment

Pros:
Super cheap rent
Owner is responsive , though can be dismissive
Updated bathrooms and most units have W/D in-unit
Cute rooftop view
Cons:
Garbage would pile up because the super is good for nothing.
Toilet was always clogged
No heat pipe in the bathroom or living room. Heat would frequently stop working…
Door was always open = security risk
Leaking on the first floor apartments and on the third floor apt on the left side
