Heat and bathroom issue

Most time response is quick
Cons:
The heat was bad and it can’t help if it is winter. Bathroom was leaking and mold. I don’t recommend to live in here. They didnt return mine and some of the roommates' deposit.
Advice to owner:
Please be more thoughtful and responsible

Not bad, had it's good moments, but it's not a long-term home

Renovated apartment.
Good location with access to many buses and A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5, and S trains.
Many grocery stores and local restaurants nearby.
Bedrooms are not big, but are spacious.
Big windows and great natural lighting.
Laundromats nearby.
Beautiful kitchen.
Hardwood floors.
Easy to furnish.
Great appliances.
Good location with access to many buses and A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5, and S trains.

Bedrooms are not big, but are spacious.

Empty abandoned building right next to the apartment accumulates trash and creates lots of nests for rats, although they never entered the apartment. They roamed around the garbage outside instead.
