Newer build, with some problems

Pros:
The outside area was great, with awesome views. It was a good(ish) building, there could have been worse
Cons:
There were some leak problems, package theft, and this super annoying bright light that faced the building and would be on all day from across the street. Crazy bright at night (not a problem if you don't face Gates).
Advice to owner:
stay on top of problems

Overall good, but too noise

Pros:
The building has a lot of amenities and laundry on every floor which is very convenient. There’s a garbage disposal on each floor. Each unit looks very modern. Allen the super is amazing and does so much for the building! He is always there to help with anything we need in the apartment and gets it done in a timely manner.
Cons:
The walls are way too thin to the point where I had to complain about neighbors playing loud music up until 6am when I would leave for work (all on weekdays mind you). Management though was quick to respond to my messages. The walls are definitely not very insulated.
The living room space is very small.
It’s a good apartment to start in but you soon learn the value of just needing more space over luxury amenities.

Nice building, but too many issues

Pros:
Amazing view from the rooftop and modern apartment (even if they are quite small)
Cons:
Management is not really responsive in case of questions or issues, a lot of the day to day rely on Allen the super. Many issues happening all year long

Brand new building - not perfect, has some flaws

Pros:
The building is brand new (renters moved in starting march 2022) and kept very clean. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, minus the usual honking of new york traffic and loud music from local fuccboi's in their cars.
Building management and the super in the building are very on top of issues and relatively more responsive than others in the NY area.
It's located right next to the L & M train lines which is very convenient. There are a handful of local parks (Maria Hernandez, Irving street park) nearby. The local neighborhood can be a bit grimey/dirty but it feels like a safe area.

Cons:
Some units have had issues with mold and water pipes breaking due to poor construction and they've moved out.
There's been lots of challenges with building security leading to package theft or strangers wandering into the building because there's no front desk person gatekeeping who comes and goes.

Hire a front desk security officer!
