Pros:
People are mostly quiet, the super is mostly responsive, the heat always works, there is lots of natural light in the building, the gym is pretty good.
Cons:
The dryers never work, the location is mid (not a lot of cafes, restaurants directly nearby), rent increased by 9% year to year, you have to pay to lock your bike inside.
Advice to owner:
Reduce the increase in cost year to year since nothing improved in that time. Please fix the dryers.
