Pros:
nice floors/cabinets/counters/lights/so called video door man
Cons:
did not keep building clean .. always new pple moving in and out ,,bed bugs trickled down from top floor constant fighting on top floor ,no heat ,roaches and mice !! when calling him about the tenants fighting every day his response call 911 i mean how many times can you call 911 not fair to other tenants to hear fighting day and night ..oh lets not forget hot water was included in my contract next thing i get a huge bill because he switched it to my info ... once you keep complaining about things that are going on to him he will take you to small claims and sue for $5000 and make himself look like he’s a victim..lets not forget he argues with his tenants and calls them b!$ches and pieces of sh!$t !!!

listen to your tenants stop renting to everyone be more transparent
