Good Spot to commute downtown

Pros:
Generally speaking not a bad spot. Can be loud but of course you get used to it. Neighbors are nice. Did have some mice at one point and took care of it and didn’t have an issue after that. Spray for roaches and you’ll be fine.
Cons:
See above for that info.
Advice to owner:
Clean apartments before you move someone in. Ours was disgusting. Windows were left open.
