The good, the bad, and the smelly
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean stairwell. Nice front door. Secure entrance to apartment. Lower rental costs due to coliving.
Cons:
Poor management by Common coliving. Apartments only professionally cleaned once per month. Mold in bathrooms. Brown water coming out of bathroom tub faucet. Bathroom sink clogged. Too many people living in one apartment. Constant garbage pile up and bad smells in apartment. No enforcement of no pet and no smoking policy.
Advice to owner:
Failure to listen to tenants’ concerns results in poor property management

It used to be worth the money
Former Tenant
Pros:
The removed all of the pros
Cons:
They used to provide cleaning every month and toiletries. They got rid of all of this in the middle of my leases
Advice to owner:
Stop being cheap

Decent for Rooms
Former Tenant
Pros:
The amenities in the building are great. It is a good place to live if you need a room or you are a college student. Lights power and WiFi are included. Washer/Dryer in unit.
Cons:
The management is slow to fix problems and hard to get in contact with. In the time I lived here the roof leaked, basement flooded twice, and we had mice issues. The common area in the basement had squatters on various occasions. Although all units have a washer/dryer, they are small and not serviced on schedule.
Advice to owner:
Should have someone on site to deal with day to day issues.
