Slumlords beware

Pros:
Near a dirty park
Cons:
We haven’t had gas since February 2020. We have rats in the basement . The apartments are infested with roaches and rats . The owner doesn’t care about us besides kicking out black people . They harass us everyday. Nothing is fixed . We went without hot water and heat since Jan 2020. Beware
Advice to owner:
Stop being slumlords and do better . Fix up the building fix our apartments . Stop harassing black tenants. Clean up the rats . Fix everything here
