Pros:
The high ceilings are nice.
Cons:
Brown water, mold growing in walls, leaks/flooding rats, rude and racist Super, rude and unresponsive landlord.
Advice to owner:
Do better. And care about your tenants.

The Apartment is big and the 2 Floors and backyard are incredible
Cons:
Landlord lack of response, Being kicked out in order for them to do Illegal non permitted demo.

Spacious, new fixtures
Cons:
The lack of heating is illegal and they refuse to fix it. Only providing space heaters for the New York winters is not only illegal but immoral and a fire hazard. Do not live here.
Advice to owner:
Get heating. Can’t believe you actually rent to people without heating.
