Remodelled, hardwood floors
Cons:
Roaches, mice, awful landlord, leaks, no closets
Advice to owner:
Treat your apartments as if you were living in them

Pros:
Flexible with rent payment when Covid 19 hit.
Cons:
Horrible Maintenance. Does bare minimum when fixing things. Extremely difficult to deal with management.

Provide a better service for the money you charge.

Pros:
There are no pros. I would say the four walls but my neighbors' wall and ceiling collapsed a few months ago and my floor is warping.
Cons:
Everything - please look up all the violations for the building and other buildings this management company owns. Rats, pests, sound (lack of insulation), heat and hot water issues, no hot water for extended periods of time (I went without hot water for 2 months), gas issues (our building had a gas leak due to illegal construction), water damage and mold to walls and hallways, shared meter issues and theft of utilities, no real service or maintenance, dirty hallways and improper trash disposal, and tenant harassment when issues are reported.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building.
