Beautiful natural light, horrible management

Pros:
We loved high ceilings, windows in every room and great views.
Cons:
The buildings is old and is extremely poorly managed. The landlords don’t care. You won’t even get their direct phone number - they give you the call center number to reach out if you have problems - and only call you back when/if they want to. There is a $40 water charge that won’t be in the listing but suddenly appears in the lease. More about the apartment itself: The kitchen is terrible, appliances are old, gas pipes are leaking. The same goes for a bathroom - cracks everywhere. Also, expect all kinds of pests you can imagine. Some windows are broken. The super of the building doesn’t do his job and harasses tenants.
Advice to owner:
Take better care of your building abs tenants.
