Pros:
Close to train
Cons:
Landlord has multiple buildings so doesn't really care about comfort or the maintenance of each building or apartments. You will be told there's a maintenance personal but it's just a contractor who comes to fix major issues. Mutiple cases of insect/rat infestation. Floors are super thin so you'll be hearing your neighbors talk, even whisper.
Advice to owner:
Pay more attention to tenants and cleaning of the buildings
