small tidy building
Former Tenant
Pros:
- mostly kept clean
- nice super
- reasonable price and good room size
Cons:
- management is stingy and will try and fix broken appliances themselves instead of hiring a professional
- food line outside can lead to food waste on the street that is not cleaned or maintained. have seen rats as a cause of this
Advice to owner:
Going above the bare minimum does a lot for maintaining tenant happiness.
