Pros:
Quite neighbors, no pests, well maintained building, friendly building tenants.
Cons:
Management is cold and not personable. There are random people in your building due to the covid testing center on the first floor.
Advice to owner:
Have more separation from the residential part of the building from the commercial tenants downstairs.
