Be a little careful
Former Tenant
Pros:
Renovated building, beautiful street, lots of trees, new A/C units.
Cons:
Poor noise insulation, management is slow to respond, they really cut corners with maintenance, was left to live there with mold in the apartment for months and it never got taken care of.

Not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Air conditioner units in each room.
Cons:
Poor insulation you can hear the neighbors and most are disrespectful, management is slow and rude. Rodents and ants are a big issue. Not family oriented most likely roommates situations.
Advice to owner:
Inspect your property before you disrespect your tenants who are paying you.
