    Terrible landlord the worst

    Pros:
    Freedom to do what you want with the space but only because they don’t fix anything.
    Cons:
    Unresponsive. Something very shady going on never found out what’s going on. Takes them HOURS to turn the heat on. I had to cal my own plumber and pest control. Among many other problems
