Good rental experience; we’ll-meaning owner and mgmt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Recently renovated; professional hands on owners and management who upon reminders follow up; good neighbors; low noise
Cons:
Difficult part of Stuyvesant Heights—nice row houses on side streets while sketchy across street. If one needs to go into Manhattan every day it’s quite a subway hike up
Advice to owner:
You’re well-intentioned and did a great reno. You have good tenants /continue to support neighborhood revitalization eg parks, cleanup. Help improve garbage collection. Wish you continued success, you’re responsive and aim for success for all
