    Pros:
    you get ur own laundry and dishwasher, and two bathrooms
    Cons:
    maintenance request take forever to get fixed, buzzer is suuuper loud when someone rings the doorbell, difficult to get in touch with property owner

    respond to emails sooner

    Building owners are terrible and we didn’t have heat for two years.

    Fix things, especially the heat
