    Love my neighborhood so much and enjoy the building as well
    Cons:
    Management is not as responsive as they should be to maintenance requests.

    Close to train, 2 bathrooms, spacious, and clean
    Cons:
    Messed up central AC, quick to raise the rent, expensive washer/dryer in basement, unresponsive property management company
    Advice to owner:
    Quicker response to tenets, and fix the AC so so it doesn’t only reach the back rooms
