    Gets the job done

    Pros:
    Proximity to the G train is unmatched
    Cons:
    Have had trouble reaching maintenance/management sometimes. Seems like there’s a new manager who’s more on top of things now though. Gas bill is expensive, the hot water and heat are via gas.
    Advice to owner:
    Renovate the bathrooms & kitchen appliances
