Nice enough apartment, HORRIBLE management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Never had an issue with having no heat, but wish we could control it. Sometimes rooms got so hot it was unbearable. At least it was near a park.
Cons:
Paper thin walls, could hear every other unit in the building, poor build quality, dirty and dilapidated hallways, lazy repair in bathroom, no windows in living area, not located in a great area. Also 15+ min walk to any train, isolated from stores/bars/etc. Mailbox was never fixed and was always open and unlocked, intercom was never fixed, electricity constantly went out for days in the summer.
Advice to owner:
Answer the phone and don’t blame your tenants when the power goes out for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. Also, don’t pull a bait and switch with the lease agreement like you did with us.
