Great building & landlord!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Peter (the landlord) really takes care of his building and tenants. My unit was spotless when I moved in and he has responded extremely quickly when I’ve had issues, in one case driving from queens after 10pm to address a leaking faucet when I couldn’t get the water turned off; when I got home from work the next day it was already replaced with a new one and he offered to pay for the towels I had to use to soak up the water. Rent prices are more than fair and WiFi is included. Super is also very responsive and helpful whenever issues arise. I’ve loved living here!
Cons:
Only cons are lack of in-building amenities (no laundry, for example) and no roof access. WiFi could be stronger/more reliable but it’s included so can’t really complain!
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you’re doing!
