Not bad, not great. Nice block/neighborhood

Pros:
Very nice and friendly neighbors.
Cons:
The super isn’t the best, takes long to respond and doesn’t really listen to the issues

Great building 👍

Pros:
Clean and well maintained; Jose is a wonderful on-site super; Cesar and property mgmt group have been accommodating to folks due to covid; pest control sprays units monthly.
Cons:
No roof access; broken/minimal bike racks; building heat doesn’t kick in until temps are below 40; loud construction next door
Advice to owner:
Please update and add more bike racks they are broken.
