Great friendly and clean building
Former Tenant
Pros:
• Responsive management • Nice neighborhood • Friendly neighbors • Clean • Great live-in super
Cons:
• Noise from upstairs- it’s an old building so I understand that noise can be a problem but my upstairs happen to have a weird daily schedule that wakes me up at random time • There is also a Mosque where I sometimes hear some noise from

Lucky to be there.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean and consistent units, some kitchens newly renovated, elevator, front desk, proximity to Fort Greene park.
Cons:
Courtyard noise from children playing -- can be charming on a good day and aggravating on a bad one. Heat in early winter is inconsistent.

miss living here
Former Tenant

The neighbors, the staff. Felt like home.

Wished the apartment layouts were a big bigger, second bedrooms too small for two people.

A happy tenant for 21 years. Love it here.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff. 24 hour door attendents Clean as a whistle Great neighbors Responsive landlord Large courtyard Large laundry room Outdoor locked bike area. Great looking building in stunning neighborhood.
Cons:
Some apts are pricey Lots and lots of kids and pets; sometimes too many. Things can be even better -making roof usable, making courtyard better for everyone. Noise level between apts is high possibly due to construction choices.
Advice to owner:
Do something with expansive courtyard as you promised 20 years ago.
