Pros:
Cost, location, good neighbors.
Cons:
The superintendent sadly passed away last year, and the building maintenance has gone downhill as a result. There was a rat problem over the summer, and tenants had to call the NY Health Dep't to have the problem resolved. Since then, though, the garbage collection has improved.
