Decent for the price

Pros:
Reasonable rent. Fairly responsive management and super
Cons:
Pest problem. Heating was an issue (heat would often shut off in the middle of the night during winter making the apartment freezing cold)

Great Location Not so Great Repairs

Pros:
The location of the apartment is great and super close to trains and popular spots to hang out. For one of the washers if you set it to warm you can wash for free.
Cons:
In order for something to be fixed it has to be management approved then the super fixes it (which can take weeks). Multiple apartments have leaks and they always do a patchwork fix. The problem immediately reopens. Packages get stolen all the time.
Advice to owner:
Fix the leaks
