Small but good location

Pros:
Apartments are clean. Laundry in the building. Convenient location to L, G, J, M.
Cons:
Apartments are small. Can hear a lot of upstairs neighbors walking around. Garbage management on the street is terrible. Area feels a little unsafe at times.
Advice to owner:
Do a better job of cleaning up the front sidewalk of the building. It’s not nice to have trash out there everyday

The location is good
Cons:
Landlord is a slum lord. I moved out a few years ago but still live nearby so can tell it hasn’t changed. Impossible to get attention on any issues and there’s always something- heat, water, vermin, noise. They just do not care.
Advice to owner:
Do the bare minimum
