    Great building, great landlord

    Pros:
    -Attentive landlord
    -great location
    -lots of space
    -close to laundry
    Cons:
    -Heat can be excessive at times
    -Noise in front bedroom is a lot, on a busy road
    -appliances somewhat outdated but get the job done
    -lack of natural light

    Amazing service, Hard to find amazing landlords like this.

    Pros:
    Responsive landlords, really made me feel like family. Mikes son, Anthony is so kind and responsive for his age. Really see a bright futures ahead, if I’m ever back in NYC this would be my first option!
    Cons:
    Tough to find parking in the area, spots are available to rent around the block.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the great work!
