    great building in fun part of williamsburg
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    the super is very responsive when anything breaks, clean and well maintained, amazing roof patio with manhattan view
    Cons:
    the laundry situation is less than ideal the dryers suck and the washing machines have flooded on me. My unit is on the street and it can be loud at night. not many windows
    Advice to owner:
    fix the laundry machines
