    Not the best but worth the price

    Pros:
    Affordable & rent stabilized.
    Friendly neighbors.
    Large roof.
    Large apartments.
    Location.
    Cons:
    Management & maintenance responsiveness and ability to fix issues.
    Heat breaks often.
    Garbage is piled in the elevator to take down to the curb and often takes up ¾ of the elevator instead of doing 1 floor at a time.
    Elevator breaks for a day every months or two.
    Advice to owner:
    Be better about communicating. The tenants never know what’s going on

    Pros:
    Interesting and more mature neighbors. Didn’t have any issues with leaks or bugs.
    Cons:
    The maintenance is so bad. Gotta call 311 for anything to get done. The heating and ac units don’t work all the time and the heating bill is so expensive.
