    Spacious and had sufficient heating
    Cons:
    Dealt with major roach problem.
    Garbage area also had frequent rats.
    Often had packages stolen.
    Street can often get noisy.

    bugs bugs bugs

    neighbors are chill and it’s close to the subways
    Cons:
    bugs, 89 degrees inside over summer with fans and window ac, no vents over gas stove, bugs a lot of wholes where they come through, baby roaches, dirty common area, owner is not responsive
    Advice to owner:
    deal with the bugs have the holes closed up
