Terrible communication/rude
Unusable outdoor space due to bugs/construction
Advice to owner:
Keep up the outdoor space. Get a professional to clean the washer/dryers. Be nicer to your tenants and show updates if you want to get more money for rent.

Landlords are terrible

Pros:
The unit itself is nice.
Cons:
The landlords try to raise my rent more than they were legally allowed to according to NYCHA guidelines. They still tried to impose the increase so I had to hire a lawyer. I won the case (obviously) and now 8 months later they are trying to illegally evict me.
