Nice place to live, decent mgmt

Good location, mgmt was pretty responsive, decent price for the place.
Cons:
the laundry never worked, so always had to lug my stuff to laundromat.
Advice to owner:
fix the laundry

Great building and location, bad management

huge apt, nice fixtures, backyard, great location
Cons:
my apt flooded multiple times, management is quite rude and unresponsive, neighbors can be loud depending who they are- nobody stays for long for some reason.
