Not Sure If Price Is Worth It

Pros:
Very close to train and anything you might need. Not close to an actual grocery store but Mr. Lemon does the trick most times. Very big compared to most NYC apartments. They pay for heat. Amazing neighbors.
Cons:
Hot water runs out quickly. Major roach issues. Super does not live in building. Loud block. Because they pay for heat it gets pretty cold.
Advice to owner:
I say have an exterminator come in once a month like I’ve seen at other apartments. It works wonders.
