The apartments are pretty spacious with amazing natural light, stainless steel appliances a dishwasher, and while interactions with management have been mixed, they're generally pretty responsive. Have had few issues with pests here, we've seen a few of the tiny cockroaches but always only 1 or 2 and they're pretty good about coming to treat the apartment so it's never gotten worse that that. Pets are allowed.
Cons:
-Garbage is in the basement and tends to pile up and smell. You also have to walk by the garbage area to do laundry which isn't ideal -The auto setting on our central air hasn't worked the whole time we've lived here. You can set a timer for when it turns on/off so we've used that but it's been annoying to need to always manually control the temperature -We have one neighbor in particular who make a lot of noise and management hasn't done anything about it for 2+ years -The 2 bedroom apartments are lacking in closet space (1 bedroom is a master with a decent sized closet, but the second bedroom has the tiniest closet) -Have had issues with the intercom entry system with the front door (about 1-2x/year in the 3 years I've lived here)--there's no other way to enter the building so you have to wait for someone to come out and let you in. This has usually happened to me during weekends/late hours so management was never able to help until the next day
Advice to owner:
Provide an alternative way to enter the building if intercom issues continue to happen, clear out the garbage area more frequently and fix the central air issues

Worst management ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great size apartment, lots of sunlight, safe neighborhood
Cons:
Most unprofessional building management I've had the displeasure of working with. They are disrespectful, dishonest, and never respond to requests in a timely manner and act entitled, as if they are the tenants paying rent. The only reason we left our beautiful apartment was because of the godawful management people. They retaliated against us and raised the rent when we told them we would get 311 involved if they didn't fix the heat.
Advice to owner:
Fix your attitude and do your job. Your work for the tenets not the other way around
