Well-managed building in a strange area
Former Tenant
Pros:
- very responsive management
- hallways cleaned weekly
- heat and central air conditioning work really well
Cons:
- neighbors are messy and loud, leave trash in hallways
- door to the building's lock is often broken
- very thin walls, typical of cheaply renovated apartment
- water pressure is poor
