Perfect Beginner Apartment

Pros:
One huge bedroom
Kitchen is a separate from the living room and has a good amount of room
Deep sink and new fridge
Sunny windows in every bedroom
Living room is a decent size
Cons:
*Not an ADA Accessible apartment building*
Random wall closing off the living room space
No window in living room
very small bathroom and the shower hasn’t been upgraded
toilet is right infront of the sink so really hard for tall people to use
other two bedrooms are quite small
Advice to owner:
i would recommend upgrading the apartment before increasing the rent
