Pros:
Nothing I can really say here
Cons:
Owner and management is very unresponsive
Building needs major repairs
Roof leaks
Poor heat distribution
Main entrance needs better lighting
No buzzer system
Two main doors are broken
No security in building, any packages left by postal workers can be stolen
Advice to owner:
Do better for your tenants. Don’t just focus on the money coming in. Use the money to repair and restore the building.
