Horrible Management and Badly Maintained

Pros:
Nice neighbors and hallways were kept fairly clean. Super was responsive.right across from park.
Cons:
Packages stolen all the time, super and management are rude (I mostly blame management since they overwork the super), roaches and mice, pest control was not regular, heat often was not on in winter, garbage bins overflowing and trash in the back of building (once causing a fire from the subway), and internet options are bad and limited

Pros:
The location and access to the park is the only real pro.
Cons:
They take forever to respond and do not value their tenants health or safety. The security at the building is inadequate, packages constantly stolen and recently a woman was attacked in the lobby. Too many bugs and I have never once seen an exterminator or pest control.
