Great location, building not so clean and packages stolen constantly

Great location rooms large and neighbors nice
Cons:
Packages constantly stolen, super overwhelmed by too many units, elevator often out of service
Advice to owner:
Cage or locker for packages, fix door

Love the area. Apartment was nice and spacious.
Cons:
Packages stolen ALL THE TIME. Water in the shower cannot stay a consistent temperature; goes from scalding hot to freezing cold without touching the faucet.

Get a lock

Good loc, rent stab, no amenities and drunk bums piss on the front

Good apartment layouts, close to park
Cons:
Zero amenities, liquor store on corner attracts drunks and bums who urinate on the sidewalk. Packages get stolen all the time.
Advice to owner:
Get a better system to keep the drunks out of the lobby. Turn the broom closet into a package room.

Very close to train and busses. Walking distance to supermarkets laundromat and park
Cons:
The elevator don't always stop on ever floor. The super will stand outside when he has work to do speaking with the other super. Building hallway is very dirty. The entrance door always open anyone can walk in and out. In the middle of the night it always a fight where blood runs management will not say anything to tenants you will just see and head about it. Management refused to put a lock on the front door. Lots of mold
Advice to owner:
Have your office be more polite when speaking to tenants. Have the super clean the building. Have someone to fix the problem that tenants has. Oh PLEASE MOP AND CLEAN THE BUILDING DOWN. IT HAVE CORONA THE ELEVATOR BUTTON VERY DISGUSTING

Location can’t be better. Great neighbors too. Victor the super is responsive and kind.
Cons:
Management is non-responsive even on major issues. The elevator is clearly not adequate, regularly not working, and needs to be replaced. It doesn’t have the inspection posted. The lobby and vestibule aren’t secure enough and packages are routinely stolen.
Advice to owner:
Replace elevator and hire a more responsive management company that calls people back. Secure the lobby by installing a lock on the outside door.
