Nice surrounding neighborhood

Cons:
Loud neighbors next door. Issues with roaches.

Current Bed Bug Infestation

Pros:
Lovely neighborhood, neighbors are nice in the building, close to prospect park and Q at newkirk and Cortelyou.
Cons:
Lease stated that there was no history of bed bugs but tenant on top floor has active decade long infestation and management refuses to do anything about it.
