415 albemarle is an Overheated bedbug hive
Former Tenant
Pros:
The app is screwing up the address which is for 415 Albermarle. Location, there are nice tree lined streets nearby
Cons:
Bedbugs, roaches, and mice, a whole menagerie of apartment pests. The place is so overheated you have to use the air conditioner when it’s 20 degrees out just to sleep. It’s also dirty and stinky.
Advice to owner:
Pay our superintendent enough so he doesn’t have to work 3 jobs and can spend time working on the building.
