    Cheaper than most, good neighborhood, nice neighbors
    Cons:
    Dirty and unclean for many reasons, not the best at fixing stuff
    Advice to owner:
    Better living standards

    Overall well maintained, but cost cutting shows

    Live in super who is very responsive. The building is kept in good condition overall. Laundry in the building.
    Cons:
    Ongoing issues with bugs and mice, got much worse once they cut extermination from 2/month to once.

    Deal with pests proactively
