    Responsive Landlord Hardworking Super
    Cons:
    Poor Lighting Lack of Sufficient Security Outdated Mailbox and Bell System
    Advice to owner:
    Consider updating the lighting and “front garden” and do interior painting. Perhaps include a laundry room too.
