Good apartment if you’re cool with pest friends
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighbors
Apartment gets great light, I think mine is a more updated unit so it’s in better condition
New super takes great care of hallways & trash
Cons:
Persistent roach & mouse issues that management doesn’t do anything about
Packages get stolen often
Management is unresponsive, luckily I haven’t run into any problems with things needing to be fixed

Rodent issues out of hand
Former Tenant
Pros:
The new Super is an excellent person and does his job diligently (unlike the previous lazy and rude one); he is always working and gives you a warm smile whenever I see him.
Cons:
The exterminator doesn’t come or maybe they come but don’t ring the bell. The mice problem has been getting out of hand and downright disgusting. They are too clever for the glue traps (we have them all over the apartment).

If you have an Avenue facing apartment, you’ll get no sun in the winter and way too much in summer. The wind blows strong, so cold days are even colder.

The noise level is ok given this building is so close to the hospital (lots of sirens all day, but you get used to it).

Mail gets stolen A LOT, so keep an eye out for delivery notifications.
